Alright, I've been watching a few too many WWII movies...
My favorite part the light/shadow pass also includes dirt layer. I tried to give some sense of roughness to scene.

Cold Night

This is a concept vertical pan shot im working on. Again very small sketch. The finally copy once i decide on it will feature this theme. Wanted to go for the chilly night feel, With the very open sky and low level smoke/mist to support it.

Forest Conflict

This was a odd pic, i didn't think i would post. Started to colour it and well the composition was totaly off. So turned into a fun Play on lighting.

The General

The General, I've been watching a few war movies lately, but not enough to come up with some crazy weapon. So he's got a hiking stick instead. ^^

I actually prefer the the shadow pass, just for the contrast & depth
